| 摘 要： | 我国的监狱企业是特殊企业模式.它既要为改造罪犯提供场所,又要参与市场竞争,追求效益,实现国有资产保值、增值.要做到这些,首先必须对监狱企业性质和监狱企业战略发展给以科学定位.本文从监狱企业的特殊性着手,分析监狱企业作为企业特殊形式的特点、监狱企业人力资源构成、监狱企业生存环境以及监狱企业产品的公共性等方面对监狱企业性质进行科学定性;通过对监狱企业目标、价值以及功能分析,从战略发展角度对监狱企业进行定位;同时指出国家必须用法律法规来保障监狱企业规范运行.

| Abstract: | Prison enterprise is a special enterprise mode. It not only provides place,for reeducation, but also takes part in market competition. In order to reach this purpose, the prison should give it a scientific fixed position at first. The article, through analyzing its specialty, human resources, surviving condition and feature of product, fixes it scientifically. Meanwhile, it points out that running an enterprise must be protected by governmental regulations. |
