| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,司法的完善,检察机关民事行政检察部门被赋予一种特殊的公诉权———民事公益诉权,环境公益权诉讼就是其中的一种。检察机关充分发挥民事行政检察的职能作用,积极开展环境公益诉讼,对于维护公民合法权益意义重大。
