| Abstract: | Government's effective implementation on responsility for zoology is the pratical need of construction of the socialistic harmonious society and relates to achievement of China's socialistic modernization cause.Recently,China is at the stage of conversion of economic developing mode,the key to fulfill this responsility lies on advancing its rigidinitizaton.The paper will bring forward some related countmeasure about how to advance rigiditization of the responsibility. |
