图书馆立法是我国文化事业和法制建设的一项重要任务.在制定图书馆法中,应坚持促进社会文化事业发展、促进社会成员平等享受图书馆服务、以法律形式明确规定图书馆的地位等原则.另外,我们还要明确图书馆法的调整对象、处理好图书馆法与其他法律的关系、明确图书馆运行的基本制度.

Study on Legislative Issues of Libraries

The legislation on the issues around libraries is an important task for the construction of culture and law system in our country. In the process of making laws on libraries,some principles should be adhered to,such as promoting the development of social culture,providing the equal services for citizens and regulating the explicit position of libraries as a matter of law,etc.Furthermore,some other rules need also to be attended as the regulated objects in the library law, the relations between it and the other laws as well as the basic operative system of the libraries.
