| 摘 要： | 在法庭审判过程中,负责侦破案件和实施鉴定的公安人员极少有出庭作证的,负责支持起诉的检察人员应该获得他们的继续支持和配合。应建构现阶段我国警察出庭作证模式,使控辩双方拥有平等质证权利,遏制非法取证行为,提高诉讼的效率和质量。
