| 摘 要： | 金融犯罪发生在社会主义市场经济体制的核心部位和动脉系统，所以，比一般经济犯罪具有更大的社会危害性和经济破坏力，尤其是信用卡诈骗犯罪案件的频繁发生，成为近年来发生在金融领域内波及面广泛、社会危害性严重、在金融犯罪中增长最快的高频犯罪。文章从信用卡诈骗犯罪的多个层面的原因进行分析，以期有利于金融机构完善信用卡管理与防范制度、有利于公安机关提高侦破诈骗类案件的破案率。
