| 摘 要： | 从历史观层次看,生产力跨越式发展是后发展国家利用内部和外部有利条件追赶发达国家先进生产力的超常态发展;生产力跨越式发展类型不是单一而是多样的;世界交往中各个民族、国家的相互作用为生产力跨越式发展带来了可能性;谋求生产力跨越式发展必须系统地准备多方面社会条件.

| Abstract: | In the level of history outlook,the leap-over development of productive forces in less developmental nations is the extra-normality development which make use of the internal and external favorable factors to pursue the advanced productive force of developed nations.Such leap-over development has three types.The interaction of nations in world communication offers the possibility of such development,and the transformation from possibility to actuality needs several social conducts. |
