Comparative Study of Constitutional Review System between United States and France and Its Enlightenment

With more and more requirements of the modern constitutional state and people’s legal awareness,coupled with the occurrence of a series of constitutional cases,establishment of constitutional review system is necessary.Based on the comparative study of American and French constitutional review system,including history development,theoretical basis,the specific content,the main features,the system model and other aspects,so as to provide some inspiration for building our constitutional review system.
