| 摘 要： | 中国公民社会的形成和发育是中国民主化进程顺利推进的基本路径之一，以公民社会的构建为视角，以促成“公民社会与政治国家良性互动”为框架来分析当前的农村村民自治的实践得失，可以较好地解决困扰村民自治中的一些问题。

| Abstract: | The formation and the growth of civil society is one of the basic ways to promote the process of democratization in China.We can analyzes the success and failure in the process of villagers' self-government by regarding the construction of civil society as visual angle and taking "the interaction between civil society and the state" as a framework,so as to solve the puzzle in villagers' self-government. |
