人与自然和谐发展——江西省婺源县的经验与启示

实现“人与自然和谐发展”既是科学发展观的重要内容之一，也是落实科学发展观的具体体现。基于这种认识，本文在对人与自然和谐发展的内涵与特征进行简要论述的基础上，以江西省婺源县为例，探讨了在我国中部地区一个典型山区县实现人与自然和谐发展的途径、措施及取得的成效，对当前全国各地正在进行的落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会、实现人与自然和谐发展的实际工作具有一定的参考价值。

The Harmonious Development between Human and Nature Experience of and Enlightenment from Wuyuan, Jiangxi

To realize the "harmonious development between human and nature" is one of the important contents of the Scientific Outlook on Development,and also a specific embodiment of carrying through it.Based on this opinion,this paper briefly explains the connotation and characteristics of the harmonious development between human and nature,and then takes Wuyuan County,Jiangxi Province as an example to discuss the approaches and measures to realize the harmonious development between human and nature in a typical mountainous county in Central China as well as the achievements accomplished.It has some reference value to the practical work of carrying through the Scientific Outlook on Development,building the socialist harmonious society,and realizing the harmonious development between human and nature all over the country.
