| 摘 要： | 传统犯罪预防模式在应对犯罪方面的局限性促使人们另辟蹊径,探索了另一条犯罪预防道路——情境犯罪预防。情境犯罪预防日益深入人心,缘于其背后厚重的理论支撑。情境预防已发展为五大策略和25种具体手段,其显著特色是预防措施手段具体化且可操作性强。情境预防的实质在于：通过增加犯罪难度、增大犯罪风险、减少犯罪收益、减少犯罪诱惑和消除犯罪借口等措施,来达到预防和减少犯罪的目的。情景预防已经成为发展最快的一种犯罪预防方法,成为可与传统的司法预防和社会预防并驾齐驱的第三条独立的预防犯罪路径。

| Abstract: | The limitation of traditional crime prevention modes’ response to crime urges people to find another way of preventing crime that is Situational Crime Prevention（SCP）. SCP filters into people ’s mind due to its strong theoretical support. SCP has developed into 5 major strategies and 25 specific tactics. Its outstanding features are its specific and operable prevention measures. The essence of SCP aims to reduce and prevent crime through increasing the effort, increasing the risks, reducing the rewards, reducing provocations and removing excuses. SCP has already been the fastest growing method and has been called the third independent route of crime prevention that can compete with traditional juridical and social prevention. |
