论公安文化的负性因子及其应对策略

我国现有的公安文化研究对公安文化中的负性因子缺乏关注 ,而公安文化中的负性因子是一种客观存在 ,公安文化负性因子的来源主要有两方面 ,一是传统文化的渗透 ,二是市场经济时代文化观念的影响 ,在指出“关系”文化、“长官”观念、泛道德主义、经济优先理念、个人本位观念等负性文化因子后 ,本文提出了若干应对策略。

On the Negative Factors and the Counterstrategies of Pubilc Security Culture

There are few studies in negative factors of China's police culture. This thesis claims the idea that negative factors surely exist in China's police culture and these negative factors originated mainly from two aspects:one is Chinese traditional culture,and the other is modern market-oriented culture. After pointing out several negtive factors, such as ideas of relation, officer,pan-morality,money-first and individualism, the thesis puts forward several effective measures to handle these negative factors.
