| 摘 要： | 公文的本质特性决定了建立公文质量管理体系的必要性,建立公文质量管理体系也符合公文处理科学化和全面提高公文质量的要求。建立公文质量管理体系主要从公文运动过程和公文质量要素方面着手,需要领导重视,提高文秘人员素质,健全制度,改善处理手段。

On Building the System of Document Quality Management |

| Abstract: | The necessity of building document quality management system based on the nature of public document. The establishment of the system is to meet the demands of scientific documentation and document quality improvement. Building the system chiefly begins with document flow process and its quality elements. This relies on leaders cogitation, machine made soundness, secretarial staff quality improvement and methodological perfection. |
