| 摘 要： | 商业街具有人流量大、点多面广、防控难度较高等治安特点,当前的治安管理现状不容乐观。建立和完善警种联动的管控机制、警商互动的联防机制、时空连动的应变机制是实现商业街治安长效防控的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | Commercial streets have such peace order features as large number of population flow, numerous spots and surfaces, and the difficulty of prevention and control. The current situation of peace order administration is not optimistic. Establishing and improving the administrative and control mechanism of all kinds of police, alliance preventive mechanism of police and businessmen, adaptability mechanism of time and space, is the channel and method to realize the long - term efficient prevention and control in commercial streets. |
