The Target System and Legal Counter-measure of Constructing Harmonious Shaanxi City

It is a systematic project to build harmonious Shaanxi province which is need to be realized from the political,economic and cultural perspectives.And it also needs a variety of channels and measures to construct harmonious Shaanxi province.Based on the real situation of Shaanxi province closely,the author analyzes the factors which negatively impact the harmonious and sustainable development of Shaanxi province,and summarizes the connotation of harmonious Shaanxi and the systematic goals on constructing harmonious Shaanxi.Finally,the author states the important meaning of the rule of law on the construction of harmonious Shaanxi,and suggests the countermeasures from the perspective of the rule of law.
