| 摘 要： | 目前,对于各级检委会委员的任职资格,我国还没有统一的规定和具体标准。本文对当前检委会委员任职资格无法可依的现状进行了分析并对确定检委会委员任职资格的方法、具体标准及立法技术等方面做了一些初步地探索和设想。

| Abstract: | At present,there is still no uniform rules and specific criteria for the qualification of the Procuratorial Committee members at all levels in China. In this paper,the current Review Committee member of the qualification of the status quo can not be analyzed and serving members of the Review Committee to determine eligibility of specific standards and legislation in areas such as technology has made some preliminary exploration and ideas. |
