| 摘 要： | 社区矫正救济制度是建立在社区矫正目的之上而派生的一种制度，矫正对象在社区矫正中属于弱势群体，有必要建立矫正救济制度，充分发挥公力救济和私力救济的作用，构建完善的社区扶助制度、法律援助制度、申诉、控告、检举制度、社会保障制度等，对矫正对象在就业就学、生活安置、法律事务、合法权益维护等方面实施救济。

| Abstract: | The relief system of community correction is a kind of derivated system based on community correction whose objectives belong to the weak group in the society. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a relief system, give full play to both public relief and private relief, perfect the community aid system, legal aid system and social security system, and provide the objectives with help in work, study, life, law affairs and guarantee of legal rights. |
