日俄关系的发展及趋势分析

日俄关系是东北亚区域研究中的热点问题之一．日俄关系的发展直接影响着东北亚地区乃至亚太地区的和平与发展。跨世纪的日俄关系虽然有了新进展．新世纪之初的日俄经济合作也将开辟新的领域．但决定日俄关系发展的领土问题尚未解决．近期内日俄关系不会出现决定性的新突破。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND TENDENCY OF JAP-RUSSIAN RELATIONSHIP

The Jap-Russian relationship is one of the hot points in the studies of the North East Asia region. Development of the relations between the two countries directly effects the peace and development of the North East Asia region and even the Asia-Pacific region. Although their relations which span a century have developed and their economic cooperation at the threshold of the new century will enter new fields, their territorial disputes which determine the development of their relations have not been resolved yet. In the near future, there will be no decisive breakthrough in their relationship.
