| 摘 要： | 法律调研是我国立法执法、法律宣传教育等活动的根基,只有立足于广泛细致的调查研究,才能使法律制度更合乎客观实际。本文作者结合多年基层检察院调研工作的实际,从八个方面来谈目前基层检察院调研工作所存在的问题,并进而提出完善基层检察院调研工作的八项建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The legal research is the foundation of China's legislation,law enforcement,legal publicity and education,only based on extensive and meticulous research can make the legal system more objective and realistic.The author combined with years of grassroots research,discussed the current research problems of grass-roots procuratorates from the eight areas,and gave eight proposals and measures to improve the work of grass-roots procuratorates. |
