| 摘 要： | 在以信息发达为标志的当今社会，人民群众对警务活动认同、信任的一个基本条件就是警务活动的公开。警务公开就是使权力在阳光下运作，以彰显正义、公正。警务公开的价值，首先反映的是公安机关及其工作人员与社会大众和权利人的关系，这也是树立公安机关文明执法形象，有效监督和保障权利人合法权益的有效途径。
