| Abstract: | Ruling a country by law is a basic requirement of socialist democracy. To implement the damental principle of ruling the country by law in an all-around way is an important strategic task. Therefore the owing jobs have to be done： to revise and perfect the legislation;to reinforce the execution of Constitution and law; to deepen the judicature organizational reform; to promote and develop the law spirit. |
