| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是教育管理改革的重要策略。当前,深入研究绩效管理技术在我国院校的运作问题具有十分重要的意义。加强领导重视和组织支持,保证教职员工的广泛参与,合理设定绩效考核指标体系,不断对绩效管理系统进行调整,建设良好的高绩效组织文化,是我国院校绩效管理有效运行的五项前提条件。
