| 摘 要： | 为进一步巩固党的执政基础，更好地满足新时代产业工人对美好生活的向往，为杭州建设独特韵味别样精彩世界名城、成为展示新时代中国特色社会主义的重要“窗口”提供动力源泉和支撑保障，本研究对杭州产业工人队伍基本情况、发展趋势、主要诉求等开展专题调研，深入剖析当前存在的问题，提出加快建设一支宏大的知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军的对策建议。

| Abstract: | To further consolidate our party''s governing base by comprehensively improving the quality of industrial workers, this study is focused on investigating the basic situation, development trend, and main appeals of Hangzhou industrial workers. The paper carries out a detailed analysis on their current problems. Meanwhile, some suggestions have been proposed for accelerating the construction of a grand team of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative laborers. |
