| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国许多地方工会都在积极开展培育工匠的活动,为国家的发展战略提供了大量的技能型人才,培育工匠的“中国工会模式”正在逐步形成。为了进一步做好工匠培育,地方工会应该做好如下工作：与相关部门建立协同机制,构建“双通道”培育机制,加强对工匠的全方位激励制度的宣传。

| Abstract: | In recent years, trade unions in many parts of China are actively carrying out activities of cultivating craftsmen, providing a large number of skilled talents for the national development strategy. The Chinese trade unions model of cultivating craftsmen, thus, is gradually taking shape. In order to improve the cultivation of craftsmen, local trade unions should establish a cooperative mechanism with relevant departments, building a "two-channel" cultivation mechanism, and strengthening the publicity of craftsmen''s comprehensive incentive system |
