党和政府在大力推动劳模精神的弘扬和工匠精神的培育。通过对劳模精神与工匠精神的对比研究,比较两者在产生条件、内涵价值导向及外在表现形式上的不同,探究两者在发展劳动观、重视道德培养上的联系,有利于加深对它们本质的认识,从而在实践中更好地指导工作,打造一支懂技术能创新的工人队伍。

A Study on the Dialectical Relations between Craftmanship Spirit and Model Worker Spirit

Currently, the state and the government vigorously promote cultivating model worker spirit and craftsman spirit. To deepen our understanding of their essence, this comparative study is focused on identifying the similarities and differences between them. By comparing the conditions for creating craftsmanship spirit and model work spirit, their connotative value orientation and differences of external manifestations, it is conducive to present their relations in developing the concept of labor and paying attention to moral cultivation. Moreover, the current study also expands our cognition on the essence of the craftsmanship spirit and model worker spirit, providing us with directions of guidance in practice.
