| Abstract: | There are many arguments on establishment of the embezzlement crime of not only in criminal law theory circle,but also in the judicial practice,especially whether to take care of things for somebody else should be restricted in the legitimatized storage,whether the lost object belong to the crime＇s object,how to recognize refusing to return,refusing to hand over,the above three problems is the hottest ones. |
