| Abstract: | It is necessary to follow the guidance of Enforcement Outline of Completely Advancing Administration according to Law to accomplish the mechanism of democratic supervision, which is a consequent claim of pushing administration according to law in all-round way. Meanwhile relative systems are to form a complete set as guarantee so that democratically supervisory mechanism make a concrete use of pushing administration according to law. |
