| 摘 要： | 公司转投资是公司增加市场占有份额最为有效的方法和常见的经济现象．也是公司求得生存和发展的重要途径。但是公司在加强了市场竞争力，扩大了经营规模，实现了利益最大化的同时，也面临着资本制度容易被破坏，企业治理结构失衡，债权人利益得不到保障等风险。因此，分析转投资行为的利与弊。提出可行性的完善措施具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | The corporation investment is the common economic phenomenon and effective way for the present company increase the market share,meanwhile it is important way for company to approach survival and development.But the corporation investment can improve the corporation＇s market competitiveness,enlarge the corporation scale and get maximum profit.However,we can not turn a blind to the demerits as,such as destroying the capital system and corporation administration instrument construction,damaging the right of shareholders and creditor,so it has certain theory meaning and realistic meaning to research the corporation investment. |
