| Abstract: | Legal profession has a profound knowledge basis and constructed in varieties theory of knowledge. There are some close relationships between the knowledge basis of legal profession and rationalization of judicial system. According to knowledge basis of legal profession, rational justice must be a system of judicial independence, rational reasons of judgment, neutral judicial power and due procedure, etc. |
