我国器官捐赠问题的法律思考

供体器官来源不足已成为我国医学界公认的问题。但有许多志愿者捐赠器官的心愿难了,这种矛盾呼吁立法的完善。我国器官捐赠立法应提高层次,规定若干基本原则,并进一步完善法律责任、脑死亡、尸体捐献、器官移植技术的安全操作、供体器官的医学卫生标准等方面的规定。
