| 摘 要： | 短信犯罪是指以向不特定或多数手机用户发送短信为犯罪手段的严重危害社会的行为。短信犯罪因为发送的内容不同可以构成不同类型的犯罪;它应引起社会的重视并加大预防的立法和监管力度。

| Abstract: | Short message crimes mean sending short messages to uncertain or most cell phone's clients as a crime method and harm the social seriously. Short message crimes will be divided into different categories because of the content are different. Short message crimes should raise social attention, the legislation and supervision on preventing the crimes should be strengthened. |
