| 摘 要： | 随着高新技术的快速发展,服务贸易在国际贸易中的比例与日俱增,同时对各国经济的发展也产生了重要影响。在GATS框架下,中国的服务贸易经历了由初步发展到快速发展的阶段,同时取得了许多成就。但是,目前中国依然存在着制约其进一步长足发展的法律障碍。应从建立符合国情的服务贸易制度、加强知识产权领域的相关保护、制定和完善国际服务贸易法律法规、为国际服务贸易发展提供完善的法律体系、建立并发挥行业协会以及政府的宏观指导作用、营造有利于服务贸易发展的政策环境等方面完善我国的服务贸易法律制度。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of high technology, the proportion of trade in service related to interna- tional sale of goods is increasing and in international trade and also has an important impact on the development of every country＇ s economy. Under the framework of GATS, the trade in service of China has gone through a stage from initial development to rapid development and made many achievements. However, at present, there are still legal obstacles which restrict the further development of trade in service of China. This thesis provides some recommendations on how to perfect the legislation of the trade in service of China. |
