正确处理人民内部矛盾构建社会主义和谐社会

我国改革发展正处于关键时期。随着改革开放的不断深入,随着社会生活的全面变化,人民内部矛盾将大量涌现出来,并直接影响着国家的建设大局。各级党委政府务必从政治和全局的高度认真抓好各项工作,一要继续加快经济发展,不断提高人民群众的物质生活水平;二要努力提高基层领导干部的政策理论水平和实际工作能力;三要顺应时代发展,完善社会法制,扩大基层民主。此外,面对不断变化发展的新情况新问题,各级党委政府还要特别讲究策略,掌握原则,并有的放矢地做好干部群众涉法上访工作。
