| 摘 要： | 对于市场主体通过正当竞争手段获得的市场支配力,法律应赋予其垄断权;市场主体垄断权既有经济理论依据,更有法理依据;市场主体垄断权的确立有利于提高我国企业在国际市场上的竞争能力,有利于我国民族经济的发展。
