| 摘 要： | 2007年是"三基"工程建设的关键之年。当前基层基础工作有着诸多有利条件,但是也面临着不少的问题,比如思想上不够重视,工作上缺乏求真务实,民警素质偏低,警力配置不足,等等。针对这些问题,本文有针对性地提出了一系列的加强对策,认为深化认识是关键,队伍建设是根本,完善保障是前提。
