| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难,高职院校学生就业更是难上加难。客观分析高职院校毕业生面临的就业形势,找出高职院校在学生就业指导方面存在问题,从提高认识、健全就业指导工作机制、丰富学生就业指导工作的内容、方式、方法等方面入手,提高该项工作的实效性。
