当代资本主义国家社会主义因素的表现及成因

当代资本主义国家经过一系列调整,出现了一些社会主义因素,突出表现为：资本更趋社会化、经济运行有序化、收入分配公平化、社会福利普遍化、企业管理民主化和政治的民主法制化等。这些社会主义因素在当代资本主义国家内部不断孕育和发展,究其原因,并不是资产阶级的悔悟或恩赐,而是社会生产力的高度发展同资本主义生产关系形成尖锐矛盾的结果,是资本主义国家内工人阶级不断斗争的成果,是当代资本主义借鉴社会主义成就的客观结局,是资产阶级有识之士的明智之举。

Expression and Origin of Socialist Factors in Modern Capitalist Society

Some socialist factors have appeared in modern capitalist society. They are primarily manifested in the socialization of capital, ordering of the operation of economy, equitable income distribution, generalized social welfare, the democratic management of enterprises, and democratic and institutionalized politics. The socialist factors have originated and developed in modern capitalist society, and they should not be regarded as the alms given by the capitalist class but as a result of acute contradictions between the highly developed social productive forces and the capitalist relations of production, a fruit of the struggles conducted by the working class in capitalist society, and an objective outcome of modern capitalismusing the experience of socialism. And this is also a wise move made by men of insight in capitalist society.
