| 摘 要： | 选择性罪名既有存在价值,又有缺陷。弥补其缺陷的途径主要有三种:适当限制选择性罪名的数量;规定对实施选择性罪名中数行为的犯罪人从重处罚;罪名的法定化。

| Abstract: | Alternative charges shave their significances as well as defects. There are mainly three ways to remedy the defects: one is stipulating alternative charges. The other is limiting the number of alternative charges and the third is giving a heavier punishment to the criminals committing several acts in an alternative charge. |
