浅谈我国警察权监督机制存在的问题及解决思路

加强对警察权的监督,是依法治国,建设社会主义政治文明的必然要求,也是建设廉洁、高效公安队伍的必然要求。当前在警察权的监督方面存在很多问题,严重束缚着监督工作的顺利进行和监督功能的正常发挥。完善我国警察权监督体系,就要建立并完善社会监督体系;从警察权监督主体入手,进一步完善警察权监督制约机制;完善监督者的法律责任,使警察权监督能最大化实现;整体监督和专项监督并用,发挥专项监督在警察权监督中的作用。

On the Problems and Solutions of the Supervision Mechanism of Police Authority in China

Strengthening the supervision on the police authority is necessary for administering the country according to law,for building the socialist political civilization,and for constructing an honest and efficient troops of public security.The problems in the supervision of the police authority restrain the work from going on smoothly.So the supervision is not functioning properly.To consummate the supervision system of the police authority of our country,we must establish and perfect the social supervision system,the restriction system of the supervision of the police authority and the legal duties of the supervisors,to make the most of the supervision on the police authority.
