公立医院改制模式探讨

为了着力解决我国目前“看病难、看病贵”的突出问题，实现WHO提出的卫生改革和发展目标，2009年我国医疗改革意见提出对公立医院进行改革试点，坚持公立医疗机构为主导、非公立医疗机构为补充的办医原则。本文主要探讨公立医院改制模式的三种形式：自主化模式、公司化模式以及民营化模式。

The patterns of Reforming in Public Hospitals
