| Abstract: | The member has unique rights related to his or her membership. With the social development the leases of farming land will be by no means transferable. The member of a rural unit would have a priority in the transfers of the leases of the unit＇ s fanning land. We should pay attention to and study the prerequisites and time limit of the priority and find a solution to the problem of priority overlap. |
