| 摘 要： | 浮动担保在英国已有百多年历史.它以不转移担保物的占有,并允许担保人在一定范围内自由处分财产为显著特征.我国将在制定物权法中应全面引入浮动担保制度,为众多企业的融资活动开辟新天地.
