弘扬苏区精神 加强党的建设

苏区精神是指以中央革命根据地为主的整个苏区军民所具有的意识、思维和心理状态,以及在苏区创建过程中所表现出来的模范行动和精神面貌,它是中国共产党人革命精神的重要组成部分。＂苏区精神＂的本质特征是：＂求真务实、勤政为民、廉洁奉公＂,它突出表现为：1.＂没有调查,没有发言权＂——求真务实的思想路线;2.＂真心实意为群众谋利益＂——勤政为民的优良作风;3.＂自带干粮去办公＂——廉洁奉公的高尚品格。弘扬苏区精神对加强新时期党的建设具有重大历史启示意义。

Carrying forward the Soviet Area Spirit to Strengthen Party Building

The soviet area spirit refers to the mind,thinking and pyschological status of the army and the people in the whole soviet area centering on the Central Revolutionary Base as well as the model action and spiritual outlook exhibited in establishing the soviet area,being an important component of the revolutionary spirit of Chinese communists.The essential features of the soviet area spirit are expressed as "being pragmatic,working diligently for the people,and being honest and upright".It consists of(1) the ideological route of being pragmatic,that is,"no investigation,no right to speak";(2) the good conduct of working diligently for the people,that is,"seeking benefits for the people truly and wholeheartedly";and(3) the lofty character of being honest and working in the public interest,that is,"carry one’s own food to perform official duties".To carry forward the soviet area spirit has an important historical inspiring meaning for strengthening party building in the new period.
