| 摘 要： | 知彼知己是孙子认知思想的重要内容,是制定战略、战术的重要依据,是战胜对手的重要手段。散打竞赛是一对一的对抗性竞赛运动,只有知彼知己,依据知彼知己的认知规律,制定科学的训练计划,制定切实可行的战略战术才能战胜对手,为竞赛创造优异成绩。
