| 摘 要： | 行政程序证据的充分利用有助于提高经济犯罪侦查的效益,使经济案件证据难的问题得到缓解。在行政程序证据的应用过程中,只有区分行政程序证据和刑事证据的差异,重视将行政程序证据转化为刑事证据的必要性,注意不同类型证据在转化过程中的问题,才能实现对行政程序证据的充分利用。

| Abstract: | Making the best use of the administrative procedural evidence contributes to increasing the investigation efficiency of economic crimes.In the course of using the administrative procedural evidence,only when we distinguish administrative procedural evidence from criminal evidence,attach importance to the necessity of the administrative procedural evidence in the investigation of economic crimes and pay attention to the transformation of different types of evidence,can the administrative procedural evidence be made the best use of. |
