| 摘 要： | 本文在综合分析我国公共事业管理主体研究资料的基础上，对公共事业管理主体的认定、类别划分及依据或者原因等进行了全方位的梳理，之后进行总结、质疑、再探索，这不仅有利于我国公共事业管理主体的系统研究，也有利于我国公共事业管理专业教学的清晰开展，更有利于公共事业管理专业的稳健发展。

| Abstract: | In a comprehensive analysis of China＇s administration of public affairs of the main research data, based on the administration of public affairs subject finds that category, basis and reasons, carried out a full range of carding, after reflection, lessons, questioning, and explore, which will not only conducive to China＇s administration of public affairs subject of systematic research, but also conducive to China＇s administration of public affairs to carry out a clear teaching, more conducive to the public affairs administration professional and steady development. |
