东南亚少数民族问题 ,局限在当事国家境内 ,属国内法范畴 ,跟国际法无关。但是 80年代以来 ,东南亚少数民族问题却成了西方人权外交所攻击的一个热点内容 ,并对东南亚有关国家与西方大国关系产生一定的负面影响。

The ethnic issues in Southeast Asia are confined to its respective countries,so they have nothing to do with the International Law and are subject to the domestic laws But since the 1980s,especially after the Cold War,they have been attacked intensively by Western countries,which influences significantly their bilateral relations
