| 摘 要： | 激励对企业的生存和发展有着非常重要的作用。面对激烈的国内外经济竞争和我国现代企业中劳动者积极性不高、生产率低下等情况,企业要想在激烈竞争中立于不败之地,并保持对人才恒久的吸引力,建立一套公平合理、行之有效的激励机制,显得格外重要。
