| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人的受教育权受到侵害的事件时有发生,但是由于相关法律法规对未成年人受教育权保护不到位,使教育这一重大问题的成功解决出现了许多真空地带,本文以云南省大关县为例,在社会调查基础上,试图从完善法律制度、引入法律援助制度、未成年人行政申诉制度等几方面,对如何保护未成年人受教育权作一个初步的探索。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the minor's right of education had been violated ocassionally.However,due to relevant laws and regulations on protection of minors' education right are not in place,making many vacuums on reservation to the success of education this major issue.In light of social survey on Da Guan County in Yunnan Province,this thesis attempts to initiate a preliminary study on protection to the minors' education right through the perfection of legal system,the introduction of the legal aid system,minors' administrative appeals system,and other aspects. |
