| 摘 要： | 企业伦理是企业处理内部员工之间,企业与社会、企业与顾客之间关系的行为规范的总和.目前,我国企业伦理建设不足,已严重影响企业的发展,更有悖于我国和谐社会的构建.建立以诚信为时代主旋律的与社会主义市场经济相适应的企业伦理道德体系是企业发展的迫切要求,而研究确定企业伦理建设的实现路径是构建这一体系的基础.

| Abstract: | Corporate ethics is the sum of code of conducts between employees in corporate,corporate and the society and corporate and customers.At present,the lack of corporate ethics has impacted on corporate development seriously in China.It goes against the construction of harmonious society.It is necessary to build up the corporate ethics system oriented by integrity to meet with the socialist market economy.To research and determine the path of corporate ethics construction is the basic work. |
